By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms:
- I reserve the right to refuse any commission request.
- All commissions are for personal use only unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Prices listed are for personal use. Commercial use will incur additional fees.
- Do not edit, trace, or alter my artwork without permission.
- Do not use my artwork for NFTs, blockchain, cryptocurrency, AI training, or resale.
- I may share work-in-progress (WIP) and final pieces on my social media and portfolio.Payments
- Payment options : VGEN, Paypal, Gcash, Ko-fi
You may choose:
- Full payment upfront,
- or 50% upfront and 50% before completion
- Work will not begin until at least 50% payment is received.
- Full payment must be completed before final files are delivered.
- Prices listed are for personal use only.
Additional fees may apply for:
-- Complex designs or requests
-- Detailed rendering
-- Rush deadlines
- Attempted chargebacks without prior discussion will be considered a violation of these terms.The Process
- Estimated completion time: 1–4 months, depending on complexity.
- I will provide regular updates throughout the process.
Revisions:
- Unlimited revisions during the sketch stage
- After sketch approval: Only minor changes are allowed
- Major revisions may require an additional feeDeadlines and Delivery
- This is a digital product only (no physical item will be shipped).
- Standard completion time: 1–4 months
Rush Fees:
- Deadline within 7 days: +50%
- Deadline within 3 days: +100%Use and Intellectual Property Rights
- I retain full rights to the artwork.
- I may display the work in my portfolio and social media (unless otherwise agreed).
You may:
- Use the artwork for personal use
- Post/repost with proper creditUse for streaming and content (non-merch)
You may NOT:
- Sell, reproduce, or distribute the artwork for profit
- Use the artwork for merchandise or commercial products without permission
- Claim the artwork as your ownRefunds
- If I am unable to start your commission within 1 month (and no deadline is set), you may request a full refund.
If a commission is canceled after work has started:
- Not started: 100% refund
- Sketch stage: 80% refund
- Lineart: 50% refund
- Base colors: 20% refund
- Near completion or finished: No refundCommunication

- Simple backgrounds (block colors or simple patterns) are available for free. All other backgrounds pricing depends on complexity.
